Términos de Uso PrediSmart — informações institucionais sobre uso, privacidade, cookies e governança SaaS.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, requesting a demo or using PrediSmart environments, the user acknowledges these Terms and the applicable supporting policies.
2. Platform nature
PrediSmart is a SaaS platform for smart building technical operations, maintenance, patrols, readings, IoT, tags, inventory, auditability, indicators and operational traceability.
3. Permitted use
The platform must be used only for lawful technical, administrative and operational purposes related to building management, facilities, maintenance and activities authorized by the contracting customer.
4. Prohibited use
PrediSmart may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, rights violations, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, platform copying, improper code extraction, security circumvention or any use that harms third parties.
5. Intellectual property
The PrediSmart brand, visual identity, architecture, flows, text, code, models, screens, processes, documentation and technologies belong to their owners or licensors. No rights are transferred beyond authorized use.
6. Customer data
Operational data entered by customers remains associated with the respective customer/contracting party, subject to the agreement, permissions, retention, legal obligations and each party’s responsibilities.
7. Availability and evolution
PrediSmart may evolve, add, change or discontinue features, subject to applicable contracts. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third parties, cloud providers or events outside reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
PrediSmart supports operational management and traceability, but does not replace technical responsibility, on-site inspections, qualified professionals, legal standards, reports or customer management decisions.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended in cases of non-payment, security risk, violation of these Terms, misuse or legal/contractual requirement.
10. Legal review
These Terms are an initial institutional version and should be reviewed by legal counsel before definitive contractual use.
